As much as carriers (PR and marketing people) would like us to believe, NOBODY cares if they can get "all services on one bill". If I am already paying (fill in carrier name here) for home services, the only reason I would consider allowing them to provide me with wireless is for a significant discount. Paying more money for the "convenience" of having everything on one bill doesnt cut it for most people.
This is especially true when you can just sign up for auto payment from your checking account or credit card, or you can use your bank's online bill pay and take care of all of your bill payments from one screen. I could see it as being an advantage if you had to worry about dealing with piles of paper and sending checks, but not for anyone who does their banking online.

Some info on Verizon under Qwest

1st - if you are Qwest customer and have single billing with your Sprint Wireless service don't switch now it will actually increase your bundled costs(for now). Here is a warning at Qwest web site.

2nd - here is a link at Verizon's web site that is pitching the new Qwest deal:

The attached looks to be the cheapest deal($40/mo) prior to any bundling discounts Qwest may offer:

Wholesale?

Unless Qwest can sell the Verizon service at a discount (over what Verizon charges), I would imagine their uptake rate will be very similar to what it was with Sprint. There is a reason the "Pivot" service failed, and there is a reason the Sprint resale agreement didnt work out.
