Some info on Verizon under Qwest
1st - if you are Qwest customer and have single billing with your Sprint Wireless service don't switch now it will actually increase your bundled costs(for now). Here is a warning at Qwest web site.

Unless Qwest can sell the Verizon service at a discount (over what Verizon charges), I would imagine their uptake rate will be very similar to what it was with Sprint. There is a reason the "Pivot" service failed, and there is a reason the Sprint resale agreement didnt work out. As much as carriers (PR and marketing people) would like us to believe, NOBODY cares if they can get "all services on one bill".
