<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1054326"><b>wifi4milez</b></A> : Unless Qwest can sell the Verizon service at a discount (over what Verizon charges), I would imagine their uptake rate will be very similar to what it was with Sprint. There is a reason the "Pivot" service failed, and there is a reason the Sprint resale agreement didnt work out.
