I've had 4 AT&T techs and 2 contract techs. Both contract techs say the line between the main and the NID needs to be replaced. The AT&T techs don't agree. Probably because it's under ground and they don't want to dig it up to fix it. Time will tell. It's working ok for now. We'll see what happens after the next big storm.
