I own a Panasonic BL-C131A, and have been very happy with its performance. It is both wired and wireless, and also has a mic so you can listen. Does pan/tilt as well.

Axis makes products which do what you want, and are quite good (used in production datacenters for security, for example).

Axis and Panasonic are both great IP cameras. The Panasonics can sometimes be found in Best Buy or even possibly Office Depot (I found four on clearance there for around $140)

How hard is it to set one of these up so you can stream the feed to a website where you can watch and listen live?

Not too difficult. I embedded the audio / video / controls from three different versions of the Panasonics into a web-page. It did take some HTML knowledge but it's not horrible.

I can't remember how the Axis does stuff (yes, I do have one setup, but I haven't had to look at it in a while), but it may be similar.

I'm assuming you want to embed the stuff and not just link to the camera built-in webserver itself, right?
