Can you guys try me on 8 meg again? It might actually work since they worked on my line.
Thanks! |

1 edit | reply to smitmor We have seen others with problems that occur at a certain time. The most common problem that I have seen at night is dusk to dawn lights, either street lights, or outside lights on your home, or a neighbors.
Keep close tabs on the exact moment, try to watch outside, or it could be something inside your home that you turn on at the same time during the evening.
(added) Just checked, looks like sunset is 7:59 for your area currently.

| reply to smitmor I'm down again today. Can you put me on 6 meg again? If I still have as much trouble on 6 meg as I'm having on 8 I'm just gonna cancel the whole thing. I told the repair man that it goes down every night and he insists that "there's nothing we can do." |

I had to reboot to get the stats to come up that good.
Ideas?
Update: It got even worse.

Something is definitely goofy somewhere.... |

1 edit | reply to dsldude08 I called in on 8/4/08 to order a static an was told it was $20 for 1 or 6,so I ordered 6 ip addresses. After waiting all week I finally call the IHD and my account is only set up with one ip not six. Now CSC is telling me it is $20 per ip not $20 for a block of six, so I canceled the order. I wish CSC would get it together. |
