Your downstream SNR margin is to low, this is why your modem keeps dropping sync. I would say you need to be adjusted to the 6 meg profile and if that doesn't help maybe 4 meg. Do you have inline filters or are you filtered at the NID? I adjusted a customer yesterday as they were set to a 10 meg profile,but in the DSLAM the highest possible rate was 8 meg. I had to set them to 6meg and everything worked fine after that. |

| Can you take a look at mine and see what profile it's on? The DSLAM here does 10 meg -- we have 10 meg at the office and it's awesome. My guess is they have me set to 10 when 8 or 6 is the best I can get. I'd like to try 8 though just to see how it does. Thanks! |
