Still advertises newsgroups, unlimited usage for a flat monthly fee and speeds up to 50x faster then a 56.6k modem...which comes out to well over 1500k.. So if they are capping at 1500k and not allowing newsgroups, then that is false advertising and they are subject to ramifications as result of that violation.
