| My story
They forced me as a business i am one person to take a higher speed and 10 email addresses. I said i did not want it and the extra $10 it would cost me. They sent a letter saying i had no choice i was a business.
So they started charging but no increase in my speed happened. I was being billed so i called. They said the work order was for next month so they did me a favor and gave me a credit for $10. Next month still no higher speed so two guys come and spend half a day only to look at themselves 5 hours later and say you know i do not think we have the equipment to give him that service. Six months later they got the equipment.
My phone and or DSL has been down for at least 5 days and for a time again to day in the last 3 weeks.
Neighbor got A $85 credit for all the days he was out like i was and got a $85 credit i called and was nice but all they would give me was $10.
It looks like they no longer have people that know what they are doing when it comes to repairs. |
