WOW Phone: Caller ID Issues

Just recently switched to WOW Phone from Vonage. I have noticed that many out of state calls that we receive have an Out of Area tag along with the phone number. Previously with Vonage all of the caller ID information for these "Out of Area" numbers were passed along including the person's name.

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar switching from another service to WOW Phone.

P.S. - Aside from that issue, everything works great. Pretty impressed so far.

Thanks
