add a extra 2700 on selling it and explain to the new owners (could be a feature) that they are on Fiber... If the person is tech savvy and internet junky you just added a incentive for him to buy your house |

| that or saying that here is a list of Telephone, Internet, and cable tv providers that have access direct to the house. All by 1 fiber optic line that's already installed and just connects up the street!
Many people would be pleased to have a choice in who they have for phone, internet, and tv. |
