Just ordered. Need last questions answered.

I just ordered TSI DSL and phone services and have a few questions.

1) I entered the phone # I requested for TSI phone in the field for TSI DSL.. is that alright?

2) Can I switch my payment method to bill payment later on?

3) Is it OK if I don't cancel my Rogers home phone/Internet until I get TSI phone/Internet? The Rogers home phone is through a modem or something. If the modem is turned off my phone will say "This is Bell Canada. This line is not currently activated" or something.

Thanks all.

·TekSavvy Solutions..

1) I'd post these questions in the direct forum...for better results.

2) AFAIK, Teksavvy is always pre-paid. Unless of course for long distance calls.

3) You can run both Rogers and TSI connections on the same line. Just not simultaneously. So the overlap may be good for you in case Rogers causes any delays in Teksavvy DSL getting set up, you can test to make sure Teksavvy is working before quitting with Rogers. If for some reason it doesn't, change your login, boom back to Rogers t'il it's fixes.
