Voicemail access number

I just signed up for voicemail last Friday. What number do I dial to get to it? On the Teksavvy faq it only gives your mailbox # and password, so I tried dialing myself and *98, but all I got was the busy signal.

Thanks in advance.

If you dialed *98 and got a busy signal it would mean that the feature has not yet been activated 100%. I would call in for a status update or throw a post over in the direct forum with all of your contact info.

Regards,
Rick

*98 should work and if you need to know your access number to dial in if you're away from home, look up the access numbers from Bell's site but yes if *98 doesn't work then you don't have voicemail.

Thanks, I called and it turns out something is broken I guess.

Hopefully it'll be working by Tuesday.
