It's a board that goes in a PC and you bridge all the lines into it...the software records it and can give you a searchable web interface to it so you don't have to be on-site to download the recorded calls.
May be illegal in some states if the people being recorded are not aware they are being recorded.
This is totally passive, the users can't tell they are being recorded & there is no beep. |
