TomBrooklyn : Can a Dell Vostro 200 with an Intel E2140 cpu be OC'd?

I know the E2140 will OC like a bandit, but if I have to buy a new case, psu, mobo, it no longer makes sense to strip a perfectly working Dell just for the CPU. I don't even know if I could reuse the 2GB of RAM in it.
