| ATT gone from here! To start off, ATT (SBC) has been in this house since it was built in the 1950's. Not no more!
I have been with ATT first off, dial up and then DSL. The dial up was off line ( due to line problems )almost as much at it was on. Every time they would come out they would say, but sir, its your phone line and we cant touch it, thats ATT's problem. But your ATT, yes but not the phone part. So you get them out and they tell you it is your Modem and they cant work there either. Now that I have had DSL for 15 months, I guess I can say they are worthless.
The trouble shooters say its your phone line, and the phone guys say its your DSL. SSDD, The trouble shooters had me disconnect my DSL and the static was still so bad you couldn't make a phone call. When the line guys show up they say, you should get rid of your DSL its causing problems for my phone system.
Best part was when I told the guy that it was also ATT, and his follow up was thats why he has cable! |
