Re: PlaceboAV - any good?

PlaceboAV from 419 Software Development, the Nigerian anti-malware experts, is absolute magic!

I'm beta testing the soon-to-be-released ProPlus version which has anti-virus anti-rootkit, anti-spam, anti-popup, anti-adware and antiphlogistine in one small (only 22kb) package.

I had Norton, Kaspersky, NOD32, Trend, McAfee and Avira running on my PC and they all told me I had Vundo, Zlob, Mist, Badtrans, and several serious rootkit infections.

When I uninstalled them all and installed PlaceboAV ProPlus it gave my PC a clean bill of health on the first run. How's that for disinfection efficiency?

PlaceboAV never needs updates, and it won't slow down your PC because it uses no CPU resources.

The good news is that the 5 years ProPlus license will be free! (419 Software requires a notarized copy of your birth certificate and your credit card details and bank account password for identification purposes only.)

Best of all, if you join the beta team you get a bonus of 100,000 shares in the company for only $10,000.

edit
My friends and business associates keep telling me I'm sending them infected emails, but they're still using the same old crappy AVs I got rid of, so what would they know?

Yes let your computer be infected and ignore real Anti-Virus warnings.

My computer can't get infected Oleg, because I'm using the mighty PlaceboAV ProPlus beta from the Nigerian anti-malware experts, 419 Software Development.

Once you install PlaceboAV and get rid of all other anti-something programs your mind will totally virus-free and you'll be able to download keygens and porn and warez without a care.

I see now that true security lies in knowing that malware is in the eye of the beholder. The simplest key logger would have seemed unimaginably wonderful in the age of punch cards.

Wow... I've GOTTA get that PlaceboAV Pro. It almost sounds too good to be true.

Do you think I should prepare the information about all four of my bank accounts or will just one suffice?

Is it compatable with Windows ME?

Yes, and it's even compatible with Windows 3.11 for Wankgroups.

If you send 419 Software the info on all four of your bank accounts you can have four free licenses, and you will be able to buy 400,000 shares for only $36,000. (10% discount!)

Re: PlaceboAV - any good?

That sounds OK, but I'm pretty shrewd with my money.

I'm gonna hold off on the stock purchase till the discount goes to 15%

You can get 20% discount right now if you buy a million shares like I did. Best $80,000 I ever spent.

You'll need to get in quick though. Obviously Bill Gates knows a good deal when he sees one. There's a rumor he's about to make a "cash plus Microsoft stock options" offer for all the remaining PlaceboAV shares.

Re: PlaceboAV - any good?

That Gates has got more money than Mississippi has skeeters. I can't compete with him.

Too bad... cause ifing he takes over the AV he'll be able to charge us whatever he likes for the free version.

He's no dummy -- he has a history of buying out new companies and then adding their products to Windows as improvements.

If Bill Gates starts charging for the free version it won't affect anyone who gets in early and grabs the 5 year free license.

ProPlus downloads cracked Microsoft programs too. I already have an internal beta release of Windows7 cracked by "Dark Avenger".

Stop press - Gates is no longer in the business of selling software. He has another gig now.

Actually, even before he left Microsoft, he hadn't been the CEO for years... so it's way past time to stop personalizing Microsoft as "Bill Gates".
