My computer can't get infected Oleg, because I'm using the mighty PlaceboAV ProPlus beta from the Nigerian anti-malware experts, 419 Software Development. Once you install PlaceboAV and get rid of all other anti-something programs your mind will totally virus-free and you'll be able to download keygens and porn and warez without a care.
