So in my quest to find some info for another thread in this forum today I stumbled across this beauty of a link from Bell »www.bell.ca/shopping/en_CA_ON.Us···.details I don't know what to think anymore about Bell. They say they have congestion and are throttling connections and cant do unlimited connections anymore yet they start up a video store and now can offer you 30GB of usage for an extra $10/month
