And will people be willing to offer bandwidth to strangers if it will push them over the caps and cost them extra money? That is the potential weakness in this Meraki network.
P.S. Sharing the bandwidth is legal because Meraki only deals with people whose ISP allows sharing:

But how long will it continue when ISPs get wise to the fact that users are letting others share their connections?
It's a business model built on top of stolen bandwidth, so that doesn't seem real sustainable.

1 edit | reply to 45612019 TWC doesnt monitor that but RR does Seperate TOS and AUP. RR can kill your connection without TWC's end knowing anything about it
