I would assume they already have extensive bandwidth monitoring tools for all of their subscribers.

If they had a problem with me, I would know about it.

TWC doesnt monitor that but RR does Seperate TOS and AUP. RR can kill your connection without TWC's end knowing anything about it

But i'm sure nobody has complained yet either
