In order to verify this problem I did have to login as you, and I did change your email (and change it back again). I couldn't find the problem.

All I did was go to »/prof
and enter a fake new email, and type your current 12 character password, and push "update profile" and the change was accepted.

The code to change your email (and the password check) is only done if you actually enter an email address that is different than the one on file. I did that, I changed your email to a non existent one, then changed it back. When I retry by just typing in my password without changing the email it goes through successfully. Tried this from multiple hosts & multiple browsers after clearing cookies.
