 | reply to powerood Same as always..... |
 | reply to powerood I guess 15/2 tiers and PowerBoost is only good enough for San Diego and not the rest of SoCal .... =/ |
 | reply to powerood Has anyone else in the Lancaster/Palmdale area experienced powerboost yet other then Punker? I have reset mine a couple times and have yet to see any speed increases. |
 | reply to powerood How do you get it to work? My speed is pure SHIT at slightly better than ISDN speeds. Why can't drop the gimmick and give me the speed I'm paying for?

You'd think they'd officially announce it if they did... -- Don't mind me, I'm just trying to help...

i hope they GIVE higher Static speeds
as i am more for the Higher UPLOAD then DL
att = 1.5mbps on the upload (uploading files is 50% faster!) TWC = 940 on the upload
power boost is just cheating on speedtests btw
 | reply to Ream0 I didn't do anything to get it. I find the boost works best at night and it doesn't take very long for it settle back down to normal speeds. I guess it's okay if you're downloading 1 or 2 mp3s otherwise it really is just a gimmick. Punker is correct in stating it really does cheat in speed test. While preforming a test the initial burst will spike well over 30 mbps but quickly fall somewhere between 18-20mbps.
If the test lasted any longer the speed would drop even more. |

Powerood, what area are you in?
