What I did was use CCC overdrive which got me up to 690/1183. I then ran Furmark and got artifacts so I kept dropping the memory down until they stopped. Ended up at 690/1135. Since you can't run the CCC at all I would just start at 650/1100 and run Furmark. Then move the core up in 5-10 Mhz increments until you see artifacts and do the same for the memory.

What I like best about it is it has two buttons that say "find max core" and "find max mem".
