| Would be nice Fantastic. There's no limit on the number of shows you can record at the same time. Essentially everything is turned into VOD on the cable's end, and number of channels, needed for this to work, equals or less than number of digital receivers on the node (I am sure they can do MPEG4 compression and band several channels into one for multi-viewer streams with, perhaps, another one used for "last N minutes" catch-up).
Hopefully Time Warner will start similar tests now.
