<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1570327"><b>c64</b></A> : I have the family plan with 4 phones.3 of those phone have 500 text service.i have 1 phone with all downloading, vcast services and web services blocked(12yr girl!)none of our phones are used for internet browsing or IM.12yr is getting charged $74 this month for data usage.the other 2 phones was charged $9.95 & $1.99.The $1.99 charge is on a phone that is rarely used its off most of the month.I don't understand what they consider "data usage"<br><small>--<br>9929</small>]]></description>
