Give me all the speed they can give. It makes internet use much more enjoyable. Having a FAST connection doesn't mean that I have to download 10x as much as I used to do.
The whole issue can be solved easily:
Make the connections as fast as technically and financially possible.
Base monthly charges on how much is transferred(VOLUME). And those who use the most pay the most.

And yes, a faster pipe will make people download more. It enables them to do more at once. Speed and volume tie in together here.
edit: let me ask u this. DO you download more since you've moved on from dialup?

| Neither of you understand the true issue. No need for CAP in first place. Quit trying to sell us on this bill-per-byte crap. The faster speed you have, the more data you will consume. The more devices you will hook-up to use. It's really basic and the ISP know this. |

| It's fairly common sense that the faster your internet the more you can eat in a shorter amount of time. Caps are most definitely not a progressive change, rather one to send america's internet back to the dark ages.
I'm serious you 2 should invest in their stock since your so keen in seeing the company succeed in profit making. |
