What nonsense.

First "5GB monthly cap (300MB if roaming)" setting up two separate limits that cannot be easily monitored is just asking for a customer service nightmare.
Second, if most people's usage is below that 5gb cap, why even bother? The fact that they are placing the 5gb cap on the service already tells you a lot of people must have been going over that.
