No... and, technically, if you have purchased the unlimited plan in a contract and they are "capping it" at 5gb, this is no different than the text message rate change. Technically, you can terminate the plan. This was confirmed with a rep on the phone. Secondly, if you talk "honestly" with them, the few reps I spoke with all agreed, essentially, that it was B.S...
