| Once again NNJ waits to make sure no problems arise within the Fios engineers own home viewing area They dont want to hear there own families complain about the tv problems since they are the ones who created it. just like the last IMG upgrade.
Of course this is not so bad for us in NNJ we get IMG 1.6 "version 50" after all them bugs are discovered.

And log in, you'll see a link to see new FiOS TV features. I went to that link, and while most of the stuff listed isn't anything that hasn't already been talked about on this forum, I did see one item that I found pretty interesting:
"Purchase the Media Manager package and/or Premium channel packages in a flash without having to call us!
You can now add the Media Manager feature to your Home Media DVR or Premium channel packages just by using your remote control. Now, you can order a premium channel today by this method (without having 1.6), but the idea that you make your DVR into a Home Media DVR with a press of your remote is pretty darn cool. | |

1 edit | Here's another annoying bug I found as start using the "modes" feature more and more. The "modes" feature let's you select one of these groups of channels to flip through: All Channels, In HD, Movies, Series, Kids, Sports, News, and Information.
If you're already in a "mode", say Movies, and you right click to bring up the "modes" menu again, you correctly see Movies still selected. If you click on OK at the point (e.g. don't change "modes" and the visual cue still has the green OK next to Movies), you've actually turned off all modes and get your default channel flipping (e.g. favorites 1 for me).
I think you should still be in Movies mode | |
