This is funny how they say cap will not affect 99.5% of the user, and they still implement it any way. If it does not affect 99.5% why both it any way? Is that 0.5% that account 99.5% of your network total capacity?

This is like signing up for a unlimited shared host that way oversold their limit and blame customers for abusing the system.
