I discovered these 2 channels last night. They had color bars running, since the programming hadn't started yet.

Iselin, NJ		 not true, the Soccer channel on other providers like Verizon Fios is online as we type.

Gaithersburg, MD		 it was true at the time I viewed the channels, which was around 7 PM last night. Right now I am at work, so it's probably no longer color bars.
