Comcast cable out in Mt Prospect?

I've got just the 'One moment please....' line on all channels all morning. Guide is fine. Anybody else out?

Guide update?? The first thing I noticed when my guide was updated here in the city of Chicago was the search feature. It looks different.

My guide was updated sometime last week.
