Bundle it with the plan and don't let people to unsubscribe! That's what Sprint just did -- their discounted SERO plans were thrown out the window and new ones automatically come with mobile tv (and are twice as expensive as old ones, of course).
That's the worst idea I can imagine - the safest way to piss me off so badly I willswitch toanother provider. Stupid monopolist thinking. --
