Don't bet on that. Charter WI's original marketing four-page flyer announced a series of changes. Their follow-up "whoops, we're behind" postcard wasn't clear - it said that FSN-WI HD, CW to 2, SoapNet to 82 and TV Guide to 99 would happen on August 20 as previously announced. It said nothing about the public access channels, which some of the press has mis-interpreted as saying "public access isn't moving."

In the Lodi area. When I first got Charter it was great. A lot of the channels in my lineup were unencrypted QAM. They looked better than the analog downconvert from the box.

I really like the NBC4 affiliate. It probably was not supposed to be on our lineup, but I still enjoyed it. You must be east of Madison, and have a different channel line up. Madison area proper, does not have any Milwaukee channels, NBC or otherwise.

Since you have HBO/Cinemax you have a STB.

The local access channels that were/are being moved will still be on the basic tier, just digital. YOu should get that tier as it is digital and you have the STB which will recieive the basic (Digital) tier.
