However, shouldn't the sites which host such content be punished? insomniac84 join:2002-01-03 Schererville, IN	People know it is illegal. So they would have to be stupid to host something like that in a country that will hunt them down and prosecute them. But if hosted in the US, the hosting site could be paid for with stolen credit cards and the users could have been using a proxy through an anti-american foreign country. The site could easily be shut down, and content destroyed, but it would be impossible to track the person who did it.
