Where I live is a suburb to St. Louis.

So Charter doesn't deliver the speed they advertise over there? That's too bad. I've always gotten the speed advertised, and even a little more.

Granted, I was (and still am) on a very low speed business tier. I just put in an order for a 10/1 business tier. Hopefully I'll actually get 10/1, especially since business service is more expensive. At least with it I get static IP and CSRs that actually know something. For the price I'm paying I deserve at least 95% of the Kbps I'm supposed to get.

I'd consider U-Verse business, except:

- AT&T has done stuff I don't like.
- You currently can't get Static IP even with U-Verse Business.
- U-Verse isn't even available exactly where I live.

I was also talking about TV offerings. I could be wrong but I think that with Charter or with DirecTV you can get more HD channels.
