WGN on Dish Network

Is anyone else who has Dish Network noticing wierd audio issues late night. I'm trying to watch Family Guy and it sounds like i'm in a digital aquarium...

Just curious, I've tested all my gear and it's not a problem in my house...

I don't normally watch WGN over dish. I usually watch it OTA so I can't help much I was just trying to get a little more info on the problem so others might be able to help.

I haven't notice anybody complaining about this problem on other sites devoted to Dish though.
