How about with a Router Linsys 2102 and not with a WRT54GL)?
You can do it on a computer by computer basis, as long as you don't have a static IP.

Steps (in the DSL modem+router case):
- Your DSL modem should already be in bridge mode.
- Your router should already be configured to connect to the internet, using PPPoE.
- Plug your DSL modem into your router such that internal computers can see it. This usually involves connecting it to a LAN port and connecting the router's WAN port to another LAN port.
- Set up each computer you want unthrottled to have it's own PPPoE internet connection, with MLPPP. Since you can have multiple connections simultaneously, there's no interference.

Drawbacks:
- You have to configure each computer individually for it to be unthrottled.
- If your router does QoS, that will no longer work.
