| Once they start putting on the weight they dont stop...cool beans and what a cutie! Sorry to hear about the infection though. Care for preemies these days is amazing so everything should be fine in time. Being the parent of 2 premies I know what its like. My baby girl was just a wee tad bigger than that,also with infection and other complications. She came home on mothers day,1986 at a whopping 5lbs! Today shes a happy and healthy 22 yr old who never slows down!

Emma Bug is being moved to Dell Children's Hospital in Austin. They are going to do a surgery to remove a blockage, which I believe is in the intestines. Probably tomorrow for the surgery. |

Ms Emma came through surgery fine. They removed a piece of intestine that was causing problems. Rosa was concerned that she was so lethargic, but I am not worried. I figure they have to really knock her out to do surgery. And she bounced right back last time. She is a scrappy little thing.
Thanks for the prayers and thoughts. I never hesitate to ask, even for a moment. Never know when they might be needed.
