I requested a refund based on the fifteen day period in the Terms and conditions, but they claim that service starts on the day of request not the actual day that you can use it. In my case I had to port a number from another VOIP company over and it took until the 22nd of July. So I am out $60.00.]]></description>

They only give out their phone number to current customers, so you literally cannot find the phone number if you recently canceled your service.  I think that is pretty obnoxious.
