I agree I had left vonage for packet8 but recently packet8 service was terrible calls wernt going thru etc. I decided to give vonage another go and they have improved the new v portal
automatically upgraded the firmware etc. The Call quality is very good so yes they are better and Iam back

Vonage has been nothing but great. No problems, no issues. Just like the old land line of old. I hope it lasts.
