Re: vonage has been great Talk to the agency, tell them to hold on while you get your checkbook, and put the phone down. If you have unlimited you should be fine!
As far as Vonage, I have had them for about 5 - 6 years. Quality is great and anytime I had trouble it was due to the ISP, my router, or something on my end. In the beginning there where a few outages, maybe 2 a year the first 3 years, but nothing other than that.
I think lack of advertising is a great thing. They need to concentrate on there customer service. The thing about Vonage that I always tell people is, Vonage is great unless you have to call them, then you may as well switch. |
