Hawaii Verizon Wireless BroadbandAccess Questions

juking : I am moving to Waikiki, Oahu (Honolulu) this year. There are many high rises in the area, and I am concerned that reception will be affected there. A guy from New York city has started topics concerning the high rise reception in NY, a while back. Is there a forum here that is specific to Hawaii? Better yet- Waikiki and Honolulu? I have a Verizon wireless phone plan, and I'm wondering if I can determine much by the # of reception 'bars' on my cell? A sales rep for Verizon said that this is a way to see whether BroadbandAccess will be that good or not.
I currently have Comcast and I am getting 10/1 speeds..Verizon promises speeds close to this I need a speed that is fast enough to watch youtube, tmz, videos w/o stalling. 10/1 is plenty fast, but I'm curious what the minimum speed is to achieve this?
FIOS is not available there yet. Should I go with cable instead? Please help!

*Also- I thought that BroadbandAccess was unlimited? 5GB for $60 per month? I have no idea what I use, except that I'm online about 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. I found a site that lists all of the ISP providers in Hawaii..but some are NOT offering service there..What ISP's are the most popular/best? thanks again!
