I just got it a few weeks ago and am paying 40 dollars a month for Elite (6000/768) dry line DSL.

Express going to $35 / month from $29.
PRO going to $40 / month from $34.

I was just downgrading from PRO to Express since I'm too far away from the CO.

ATT honored the $29 for the downgrade but no guaranteed that it's going to stay at $29 for any reasonable amount of time.

Can anyone confirm this price increase?
