different fcc this time than 01

Remember when it was proposed in 01 that the fcc was still democratically ran. Now it's republicanly ran and the chairman has let every single merger proposed during his term go through. If they get it in front of the fcc before the election maybe it can get it approved before the next administration takes over!!!!
