perfect example of this: military computer upgrades. Every time US military upgrades their tech, they have to send it to DRMO. and DRMO will "sell" the old computers, printers, monitors to : first, other DOD services, second, other government agencies, third, public education, fourth, auctioned off by the pallett-full.

| Thats the military. Doesnt mean cities work the same way. Many cities actually sell their surplus through an auction they set up themselves. |
