There is a price increase notice in your June bill. CSR claims that this price should be good for a couple of years, based on current policies in place.
With the recent hold on new service by CallVantage, ATT is approaching dangerous territory; unless they do something about customer service, we will have no reason to hang around until U-verse becomes more widely deployed. |
