Re: Trying to get to Castle Cops--is it down again? My daughter downloaded some songs from iTunes and a few of them won't go into her iTunes---we get the message that says "windows installer package error" when we try to update the software. She had an iPod Nano but we just bought a new 8GB iPod Touch. I haven't even opened the box yet but I am sure the same thing will happen when I try to put the iTunes songs on the new iPod. I had the same problem last summer when updating to the new version of iTunes. I searched all over the Internet for the fix---found it but did not write down what to do and now I can't remember. I think I had to turn some program off on the computer to do the update download and then turn it right back on. Very frustrating for me as I am NOT a computer savvy person. Thanks for your help. |
