Sorry, I should have told you. I have forwarded my ports on ports 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), 7777, 7778, 7779 and 8000. The last four of which are for running a game server(s) on my home PC. These server(s) run on those ports.

Here is a picture of my virtual server settings:

If there are any ports that I need to open, or close even, let me know
