[Speed Issues] Upload speed problems

Could some of you in the Southeast or Northeast run the Speedtest on this site and after it has finished click the "Test Results" link and save and upload the graph results you see there?
Particularly the two for the Upload speed and Upload TCP Pause results?
I would like to see if they compare to mine.
It looks like to me I'm have Upload problems.
